Sweet Little Photo Swap

This week was an amazing week for us for many reasons:
* No More Sick BABIES!! Woohoo! =)
*I finished My Externship
* I was offered a job =)
*One Week Closer to our vacation to Minnesota
* and it was just one busy week

Love seeing these two together...It just melts my heart! <3

This past week seemed like things were getting better for us, until Makenzie was diagnosis with croup like her little brother. But I'm glad to say things are slowly starting to get better and

both of them are slowly healing from this condition....

This week started out really good but ended very scary....Us, LiL Gerhardts hope we never have to go through this again, EVER!!!
*Chris ran out of sick days
*I ran out of patience
*Kenzie ran out of lil brother days
*Kayden ran out of the HOSPITAL!!

1) When did you first start blogging? Why?

I started blogging right before I gave birth to my daughter Makenzie. The reason I started blogging is because I wanted a way to document all the cute things she did throughout her life. Then I started blogging about our family, my pregnancy with our son, his birth, and his life now. I love being able to share with everyone about our simple life as we grow as a family and go through the journeys of life.

2) What's your favorite part about blog hopping?

My favorite about blog hopping is meeting new moms and other bloggers. I just love reading about others lives, children, and finding the cool giveaways.
3) What's your favorite hobby

My favorite hobby is crafting. I love making bows for my daughter. She has a bow that pretty much matches her outfits. My second favorite hobby is blogging. I just love to get my thoughts on paper and share with everyone. These two things are my stress reliefs :)

4) Who's your role model?

Umm...this is a tuff one. I would have to say my mother in law. She is an amazing women, she has a huge heart, would do anything for you, and she is just physically a strong women!

Memory Mondays 5/30

My Favorite Memory is when I first met Christopher.

Our best friend Daniel took both of us to a football game~not even trying to hook us up or anything. Chris had a girlfriend that lived backed in Minnesota and I was dating someone in San Diego. But We were both home that weekend just hanging out with some of our friends. Anyways...Daniel, Myself, and Josh headed over to pick Chris up. I had no clue who this guy was but Daniel always talked highly about him. So as he was walking out to the truck, I could not keep my eyes off of him. He was soo cute!!

Once he finally got in the truck, he introduce himself and he would not stop talking...lol! I honestly think he asked me 200 questions that night..No Lie!! I remember sitting in the middle of Chris and Daniel at the game..I remember whispering to Daniel "who is this guy and why is he asking me soo many questions?" Daniel just laughed and said that is just Chris for you.

Later the night, we went to the bowling ally! I think this was the first night I ever bowled over 100 and something. I guess I was trying to impress him or something...lol!
Needless to say, Chris and I broke up with our prior relationships and pretty
much started dating shortly after that. =)

I'm very glad that I went out that night because I would have not met my best friend, the love of my life, and the father of my children that night!
And Now Chris and I are going to be celebrating our
First Wedding Anniversary on Monday the 30th! =)
