Kayden's Birth Story

Exhilarated ? Thrilled? Overjoyed? Happiness?
I don't think any of these words describe how happy we are to have our lil' man with us.

He arrived on April 10, 2011 at 10:51 am weighing 8 pounds and 19.5 inches long...

Here is the story about our lil' man making his appearance...
Saturday Night, Chris and I met up with Christina and Justin for dinner. Our plans were to go to the Brio in Town Square, but the wait was over 65 minutes. We did not think it was a good idea that we waited that long because I was already having contractions before we even left the house. That is when we decided to head to the California Pizza Kitchen...the wait there was only 25 minutes long, which was not bad at all. By the time we sat down for dinner, my contractions were about 7 to 8 minutes apart. As we waited for our food, the contractions were starting to get a little strong, but I did not want that to ruin my visit with Christina. As we were eating, I started losing my appetite and starting to feel sick to my stomach. I think I had like three bites of my whole dinner. Chris started noticing my discomfort, pain, and was keeping an eye on how close my contractions were. We all asked for boxes for our dinner because at this point I was about ready to head to the hospital. Chris reminded me how far our car was, which was fine because I really wanted to walk to try and help the contractions as well as my dilation.

Once we got to the car, Chris wanted to go get some frozen yogurt and wait for my contractions to get closer together or until I cant take the pain any longer. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the contractions got to about 6 minutes apart. I told Chris that we probably should go to the hospital because I'm already dilated at a 5, did not want to progress passed the point of an epidural, and I did not want to risk anything. We got to the hospital around 915pm and we got into triage. The nurse hooked me up to all the monitors and checked me. I was still dilated at a 5,(which was really disappointing). After waiting for about an hour, the nurse came back in and told us they wanted to keep me for another 23 hours for monitoring. Once we heard they were going to keep me for another 23 hours, I asked if I am able to walk around before I got into my room. Thankfully they let me walk around, I made it around twice before they told me that my doctor wants me to get back on the medication that stops my contractions. After I heard that, I looked at Chris and said that it is pointless for us to be walking if they are just going to keep stopping them.

After getting settle into our room and getting all hooked up to the monitors, IVs and all that good stuff. They gave me a sleeping pill that way I could have my rest and keep my mind off the contractions. Around 6 am, I woke up having to go to the bathroom soo badly that I had to wake up Chris to help me. A few minutes later, my nurse came in and gave me another pill to stop the contractions (plus I have to have it every 6 hours). After I took the pill, I went right back to sleep. About an hour later, I woke up with my on call doctor sitting on my bed and basically spreading my legs open. (not the greatest wake up call Ive ever had) She checked my dilation and have progressed to a 6 with a bodging bag. She asked me if I was ready to have a baby, and of course I said Yes and I that I did not want to leave without having him. She said "Okay, do you mind if I break your water?" (let me remind you that I'm still trying to wake up at this point) I asked her "if I was able to have the epidural before she broke my water?" her answer was basically, why are you in pain? and I said no but I don't want to be in any pain. She said that I could have it in about 45 minutes after she broke my water. Let me tell you that was the worse 45 minutes of my life. I started having contractions that were 3 to 4 minutes apart. I was in tears as each contractions started. Towards the end of the 45 minute wait of the epidural, Chris simply asked if the anesthesiologist would be here soon. The nurse called down, and said that he was on his way. After receiving the epidural it took about 25 minutes for it to start working, and of course it only numbed my left side, so I asked for another buster because I could still feel the contractions all in my right side.

Around 1040am, My On call doctor came in and got all dressed for the delivery. I pushed about two or three times, and we heard this amazing little cry at 1051am. That was the very first time I heard my little man. His cry was such an amazing sound. My doctor gave Kayden to me right away. He was the most beautiful little guy I have ever lay my eyes on. After seeing him for a few minutes, they took him to start doing test on him. They checked his lungs..which were at 99%. They weighed him (8 pounds) and measured him 19.5 inches long. He sure was a big baby for being delivered at 37 weeks.

I do believe that if Kayden would have came when he was trying to make his arrival (click here) he would have been perfectly fine. But I am glad that he was able to stay in for another 10 days.

Here are some pictures from his birth~day...

Trying to Make an Early Arrival

This past Thursday, Kayden tried to make his appearance...
This is the story of Kayden's first 'April Fools'!

Thursday Night, Chris was working and I was home with Makenzie. Makenzie and I went to In*n*Out with my dad a few hours prior. About 845-9pm I noticed my belly getting really tight and then letting lose. The contractions were about 8-10 minutes apart at this point. About 20 minutes later, they started coming down to 5 minutes apart. I called my mom to let her know what was going on, then called Chris to let him know as well. Around 945pm, they started getting pretty intense. The contractions actually started taking my breath away and I was getting really bad back pain. At this point, I asked Chris if he could come home any time because I think it might be time to head to the hospital. He made it home around 1030pm or so. Chris called Daniel and Lyndsey asking them to come over and sit with Makenzie while we head to the hospital which they graciously did (they are amazing friends).

We got to the hospital about 1130pm and at this point my contractions were down to 4 minutes apart. They checked my dilation and I was measuring at 5 cm and 80% effaced. Since I was only 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant, my doctor wanted the nurses to try and stop my contractions. It took them 2 1/2 hours to stop them. They gave me two shots of adrenaline stuff for my heart which they have found through research to also stop or prevent contractions. I hate that stuff. It makes my heart beat hard and fast and gives me visible uncontrollable shakes followed by a headache. So, to counteract the side effects they also gave me an Ambien which is a pain medication and sleep aid... oh, how I love modern medicine!

They sent me home, only after saying they were going to call in a prescription for more heart medication, which I would have to take every six hours. Upon getting to the 24/7 Walgreens where the prescription was supposed to have been called in, naturally, it wasnt. We had to call the nurse who called the pharmacist who then called us back, saying they called the wrong store. We called the store to cancel the prescription then call the nurse back and the nurse had to call the other pharmacist who we were talking to face to face... needless to say, the pharmacist had to call the nurse directly for specific instructions... We got the medication about the same time I began to hallucinate due to the drugs.

Upon arriving back home, Chris called Daniel, who was staying at our house babysitting our sleeping baby with Lyndsey, at about 3 in the morning. Daniel and Chris then dragged me inside the condo and Chris put me to sleep. I could only imagine what someone would think had they saw two men drag a helpless women into a condo... Anyhow, I awoke the next morning trying to figure out what happened after we got to the pharmacy...

Shortly after I woke up (90 minutes), the contractions started again. We waited until about noon until the pain was too much and went back to SRD Sienna triage at 12:30pm. We advised them of the situation and they started running tests. Due to the fact I was in labor, was still dilated at a 5, and was 80% effaced (still) they tried calling our doctor. After another 45-60 minutes they were able to get a hold of Dr Torres (my OBGYNs medical partner) who stated to give me another shot to see if they could calm the contractions... After the adrenaline shot, I continued to shake but they could not stop the contractions. They called our Dr again who advised he did not feel comfortable releasing me at my current conditions (contractions, dilation, and effacement) and admitted us in under a 23 hour observation.

I had contractions most of the evening and most of the morning (for about a total of 10 hours). Dr Torres came in to evaluate the information and my labor conditions, but due to the fact I had not progressed in my dilation and effacement during the 10 hours of labor, again sent me home for BedRest (can only walk to and from bed to bathroom) with orders to drink as much water as possible!!! Dr Torres said 90% of babies born in the 35th week are perfectly fine, have fully developed, and do not require any special medical attention, but he and Dr Fleisher would rather me wait till my 37th week (official full-term) when they are almost 99.99% certain there will be no special medical attention needed, which I can understand.

...It was a difficult situation because I couldnt go home (too dilated), couldn't stay there (not progressing), couldnt get induced (7 days before 'full term'), and couldn't get contractions stopped (too effaced), so I needed to stay there, but just temporarily for 23 hours (continual contractions)... I felt like I was in prison for a crime I had not committed; "Wrongfully Convicted" by the prosecutor whose name is commonly known as, Mother Nature; Kayden's First April Fools' Joke...

But with all things in their place, its the health of our baby Kayden and myself which is the most important thing, even though spending over 24 hours straight in the hospital sucks, getting 5 Liters of fluids sucks, getting discharged from the hospital sucks, being bed ridden sucks, etc... a couple extra days in the belly will help lil Kayden tremendously. I guess, 24 hours in the hospital yesterday is WAYYY better (and cheaper) than an extra 48-72 hours of Kayden being in the oxygen tent and under the artificial lights because his little lungs are not fully developed and he has a little jaundice!!!

The sun came up along with a renewed hope and vigor for the day. It is Monday, 9:30am and I am starting to have pre-labor conditions (pooping A LOT, extreme cramping, lower back pain, small contractions 25-30 minutes apart, increased small spurts of energy, desire to nest, and that 'doesnt feel right' feeling that can not be explained).

Our appointment with our OBGYN Dr Fleisher is today at 12:15pm and Chris and I are hoping that today, 36 weeks and 1 day, is close enough for Dr Fleisher!!! We have daycare (Thanks DAD) figured out for Makenzie, our hospital bags RE-PACKED, Kayden's diaper bag packed, and his car seat all ready to go. Chris is hoping we can schedule the contractions around the March Madness Connecticut-Butler Championship game... but unfortunately for him, Dancing With The Stars is on tonight :)

Doctor Appointments

Makenzie and I both had our Doctor's Appointments this week.
She had her 1 Year Well Check~Up on Monday, and I had my two week Check~Up on Tuesday!

I will start with Makenzie's Appointment...

Makenzie's Check~Up:
*She is 31 inches tall...puts her at 95%
*She weighs 26.2 lbs....puts her at 95% and above
*Her Head Circumference is 48 cm...puts her at 95% and above
(she has a big head like her daddy)
*Everything looks and sounds great. She is right were she should be,
even though she is a big girl!
*She got 4 immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hib, and Prevnar) at this Check~Up =(
She was not a happy camper after these were given to her.
She did pass out shortly after we got her in the car and on our way home.

My 34 Week Appointment...
*I gained 6lbs in two weeks! I still can not get over that, but it is what it is. lol
*His heart beat sounds nice and healthy.
*At my 32 Week Check~Up, I was measuring a centimeter smaller, and at this appointment I was measuring two weeks bigger. So I'm really not sure what that means.
*Chris and I talked to my doctor about the actual birth, and many different things.
We did get lots of good information. =)
*I'm looking forward to my next appointment, because he is going to start checking me for dilation! So there is a possibility that Kayden will be here in about two weeks! =)
*He gave Chris and I homework (just use your imagination) He said that this will
help with my dilation.

So that is the news about our doctors appointment. I'm getting very excited about my next appointment. Kind of scary knowing that Kayden will be here in less than a month!! =)

Pitter-Patter...Pitter-Patter

Pitter-patter, pitter-patter, peter picked a peck of pickled peppers. Speaking of pickles, Chris is eating a pickle as we speak due to the hunger he developed during our productive day!

~Chris had to work this morning, while Makenzie and I took a nap until about 11.
Then, I started getting ready for the big day at the Doctor's.

~Once Chris got home, we pretty much headed right out the door to drop Makenize
off with Ann and Lyndsey.

~Makenize loves hanging out with them, especially her little boyfriend, Noah!! They rode his toy four wheeler for a few minutes. Their expressions were priceless!!!

Pitter-patter, pitter-patter, I picked a peck of a good restaurant, Panera Bread.

~After Dropping Makenzie off, we had about a half hour to spare. So we thought we would go to Panera Bread for a quick bite to eat...Yummmyyy!! It was nice enjoy some time with my hubby, just him and I. We were able to enjoy each others company, actually have a full on conversation without getting interrupted. Don't get me wrong, we love going out to lunch or dinner with Makenzie, but I was able to actually eat my entire meal without having to stop and give her some. I had my favorite Cheese Brocolli soup in a bread bowl as Chris had his Fuji Apple Walnut Chicken salad.

Pitter-patter, pitter-patter, Kayden picked a peck of a day to have hiccups. We listened and watched his little heart and diaphragm work in concert with eachother.

~Today, was the big day with our doctors. During my last appointment, I was measuring two weeks bigger. So, my doctor decided to schedule me an ultrasound. Today, was the big day. We found out that Kayden is only measuring TWO days bigger, my fluid is looking good (I have about 18.1 % fluid), his heart looks amazing (all four chambers are working very well together), his diaphragm was working pretty hard today (he had the hiccups pretty bad, they were also really strong...it was kinda sad seeing him with the hiccups, but really cute at the same time), and he is weighing at 4 lbs and 9 oz already (with about half to a pound a week, would put him at a 10 pound baby when he is born....ahhhhh).

So, all in all, It was an amazing day!! I'm glad that Kayden is doing great and looks amazing. He is seriously going to be a big baby! I can't wait for the day to meet our lil' man!!

30 Week Check Up!!

Don't you love the sound of a baby's heart beat inside the mother's belly. So do I, especially my little man's. Today, I had my 30 Week Check Up. Normally, we drop off Makenzie with her Godfather, so Chris and I can enjoy some quite time but also because we would like to have the doctor's full attention and answer questions that need to be answered. Today was different, we thought that we would just bring her with us. Which would have not been a bad idea if the wait was not over an hour. My appointment was at 1:45 and I was not seen until 2:35. Blah...for wait...lol!

About half way through of waiting, Chris made the decision to take Makenzie out to the car and try to get her to go to sleep. He did not have much luck out there. I eventually was called back and put into the patient room, and Dr. Fleisher came in. He checked to see if I had any concerns about anything, and how I was feeling. Then he started checking the measurements from my pubic bone all the way to the top of the uterus. The measurements were measuring at what a 32 week measurements should be at, and I'm only 30 weeks. Dr. Fleisher made the comment that I was going to be having a 12 pound baby, and I said, "that is not funny!!" lol... After we discovered I could be two weeks ahead, he checked Kayden's heart beat. Which is one of my favorite parts. I just love listening to his little heart. I guess it is just reassuring that everything is going great, that there IS really a life in there, and that I'm not getting this big belly for any reason, lol!!!

But, after Dr. Fleisher checked out the measurements again, he order an ultrasound for my next appointment. I was really excited to have made an ultrasound appointment, not just because I wanted to see how big this little man is, but also because we have not seen him for about 12 weeks. When we actually do get to see him it will be 14 weeks. That is just way to long to go without seeing the little miracle that you have living inside you. So, anyways, we have an ultrasound on March 8th. I'm really curious on how big he really is and if my due date is going to be getting moved up :/...

That was the big news from this check up; finding out my measurements were measuring up to be two weeks earlier than they should be...

I'm not going to lie, I'm still in a little bit of shock! I'm a little nervous that we wont have everything ready in time. I told Chris that and he looked at me and was like, "what honestly do we have to do?" Which is true, but I want his side of the room to be done, I would love to have the baby shower before he gets here, lol, and I just want to have closure on the pregnancy and be ready for the birth! But, like they say, you are never REALLY ready, lol!!!

I'm super excited that we will get to meet our little man sooner, hopefully. However, I'm not going to get my hopes up. So my due date is May 1st until Dr. Fleisher says other wise!!

That's the Big news from the Lil' Gerhardts!!

30 Weeks...

I am officially 30 weeks pregnant today. Woohoo!
Here is the veggie my baby is being compared to:

Yes, this is a Large Cabbage...

Yes, this does mean that I'm starting to see the finish line!
I can't believe that I'm already 30 weeks! Where has the time gone? I'm very excited to be holding my little man in about 8 weeks or so! I seriously can't believe it has come down to that.

This week I have my 2 week Check up...We will be talking about the birthing plan and many different things with our doctor! We are also hoping that we are able to see our little man soon in an ultrasound. Its been over 10 weeks since we have seen him. I'm pretty sure that he is way different looking and much, much bigger!!

Lets take a look on how Kayden is Developing:
*He is about 15.7 inches long
*He weighs about 3 pounds and 12 ounces
*Starting to put on the fat

Here is a picture of the baby bump at 30 Weeks:

28 Weeks Prego...

The OBGYN visit today reminded me of the famous poem on the Statue of Liberty, "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free..."

Today, my body was tired, my checkbook was feeling poor from the anticipated pregnancy care bill, and my huddled masses (two hearts) were yearning to breathe free from the stress of the answers to my worry-riddled questions...

The visit was quick, as we settled into the doctor's office and payed the remaining principle on our pregnancy care bill. We only had to wait less than 30 minutes before the Dr was in our patient room giving us the results of the glucose blood test and answering my questions about the shooting pain in my pubic bone, the frequent bloody right nostril, and the prolonged pain of a dull knife in my tailbone.

At first the nurse told me I failed the blood test and would need further testing regarding my blood sugar levels... lol... my immediate emotion could be best described as, "oh no you didnt..." I was angry because during Makenzie's pregnancy I had also 'failed' the glucose blood test and had to 'undergo' quite the elaborate blood test, specialists, and therapists... well maybe not the therapists, but you know... We got the secondary glucose test results back over one month later with the Dr telling us, "now that I look at the first blood results, you should not have done the second blood test, because although close to failing, you didnt fail the first test."

So you can imagine the, "oh no you didnt" reaction I had. I immediately told the nurse to show me the test results and show me where I failed... Less than 5 minutes later, I was recalled into the patient room and assured by the nurse that she was wrong and I had passed the test!!!

Moments later, the Dr came into the room, as pleasant as always. He measured the ol' belly which was describe as 'perfect' in its size (I think he tells all the girls that). We then got to hear what we always go there for; the precious pitter-patter of the heartbeat of our lil' man.

I then asked the Dr what the bleeding nose was about, what the pain in the pubic bone was about, and what the tailbone/sciatica discomfort was about. Dr said the bleeding nose is common due to the capillaries and blood vessels expanding and often popping causing nose bleeds. Dr said the pubic bone pain could be compared to (thanks to the help of Chris) tectonic plates shifting in the earth's crust and what I felt could be best compared to an earthquake as my pubic bones are shifting to prepare for labor. Dr said the tailbone/sciatica discomfort was 'par for the course' but re-referred me to a Chiropractic specialist named Dr. Leach who works off St Rose/Paseo Verde in Henderson who specializes in nerve release care. Within 10 minutes of leaving the OBGYN the office called and had an appointment scheduled in two days!

To say the least, I entered the appointment feeling tired, poor, and unable to breath but left with renewed energy, wealth (of reassurance), and a full set of lungs. After all, isnt that what we look to get from Dr's?

A special thanks goes out to Daniel and Lyndsey Medrano for a wonderful lunch at Sweet Tomatoes and for watching Makenzie as we went to the OBGYN... later attempted to fix our cell phones!!! I hope they enjoyed the Caribou coffee and Krispy Creme doughnuts we brought them (too bad their dog ate them as they helped us to our car), lol...

On another note, from one sister to another, I hope you, Britt, feel better as you battle Bronchitis!!! I know its going to be difficult, but try not to talk :) Makenzie (who clearly has the prettiest-er face) will get to play with you when you are feeling MUCH better!!!

Until next time,
Thats the Big' News from the Lil' Gerhardts

Goodbye Jeans....

Hello FAT Pants!!
Its official, I can't wear my normal jeans anymore! I know what your thinking...
I know I'm almost 28 weeks pregnant and I shouldn't of been in my jeans that long.
But I guess I can say I was one of the lucky ones to be able to wear my jeans this long!
I guess its time to start wearing Fat Pants aka Maternity Pants!
I really don't like wearing them. I just feel like a big fat cow! lol sorry!
And I'm just not comfortable in them!
I do wish it was warm enough to wear sun dresses. But its still tooooo cold to wear them.
...So updates on Kayden's pregnancy...
* Almost 28 Weeks Pregnant
* I took the glucose test two weeks ago, and still have not
got a call back from my doctor! Thank Goodness!!
* I have only gained between 10-15 pounds through this whole pregnancy so far!
* My back is not hurting that much anymore...Thank God! That was seriously painful! Although, my pubic bone feels like it is already separating. (Don't remember it feeling like this, this early with Makenzie)
* Waddling--Still Waddling a little bit. I can't help it!

Next Week, I have a doctor's appointment! I will keep you posted on that! =)

15 More Weeks until we get to meet...

Our Little Man!!
I can't believe that I am 25 weeks Pregnant...
Where has the time gone? Seriously?!?!
So I know I promised My Mom that I would not complain during this pregnancy.
But it is very hard to when:
~My back hurts
~I'm very uncomfortable
~ I hate being fat and feel like a cow
and I'm starting to waddle!
Do you know how hard it is not to try to WADDLE?!?!
I'm sure it has alot to do with my back hurting but still,
I did not waddle with Makenzie, and I don't want to Waddle with Kayden!
Okay, Okay, I'm sorry, I'm done!! But I just need to get that off my chest! lol!!
But I do want to point out that pregnancy is really not that bad!
I love the fact that Chris and I created this little miracle together,
how I can feel him move around, and just the joys of pregnancy.
I can't wait to hold my little man!
Sorry for my complaining up above, I just don't like some of the things that
I'm going through right now with my lower back. I'm going to be starting to go to a new
Chiropractic office that specializes in just pregnant women. So I'm hoping that they will be able
to help me out for the next 15 weeks!!

Its a BOOOOOOYYYYYY!!!!

So this past Tuesday, we found out the sex of the baby. We went into the ultra sound room so excited to see our baby and find out that the baby is in good health. Not only is the baby in good health but also we found out that we are having a BOY!!
We could not be more excited, especially Chris. His smile went from one ear to the other ear!! I'm extremely excited, just a bit nervous because Ive never grew up with having a brother or never had to change a boy's diaper. So all these different things were going through my head. I know I will do just fine with having him around because Im sure he will be just like his daddy!!
Before we have found out that we are having a boy, we picked out our names. So we have deceided that his name is Kayden Christopher-Roy .... I have always loved the name Kayden, Christopher is obviously Chris's name, and Roy is my grandfather's name who I truely miss more and more each day. But I wanted to have my Grandpa's name in Kayden's name because for one my grandfather and I were so close, and for two my due date is May 1st. Which means Kayden might be born on my Grandfather's birthday--which is May 9th.

13 Weeks Pregoooo!

I know I say this everytime I blog about my pregnancy but it seriously feels like we just found out. This past week, my belly popped out...I was shocked when I woke up and saw it there. I did not showing this fast with Makenzie! Everyone has said that the second pregnancy you start showing and feeling things a lot faster than the first.

Things are starting to get a lot better..I'm not getting sick anymore and getting better and better each week with eating meat. Which is a plus!!

This week's of development are:
~ About three inches long, about the size of a medium shrimp and weighs about an ounce

(Kinda nasty...sorry..lol)

~Finger Tips have formed
~Veins and Organs are clearly visible through the tiny thinned skin

12 WeEks PrEgO!!

12 Weeks ALLLREADYYY?
Where has the time gone? I feel like we just found out that we are having another baby.

Tomorrow, I will have my monthly check up. I'm looking forward to this appointment because we will be able to hear the babies heart beat. Hearing the heart beat is such a relief of knowning that the baby is healthy and everything.

My doctor's appointment went well. My doctor said everything is right were I should be. I have been losing weight but that is not a big concern to him because I did this with Makenzie as well. The baby's heart beat is 150 which is perfect. The heart beat needs to be between 120-160 to be healthy. So all in all is good. My next appointment is Nov 15th

About my Health...I'm doing alot better. I am showing now, Its not very big but I can not hide the belly anymore. No more sucking in...haha!
I'm just about out of the first trimester....Thank God!!
I don't have no more morning sickness, or any kind of sickness. I'm still not able to eat meat that much, but I'm slowly starting to be able to eat chicken again.

The Developments of the Baby are:
~Eyes have moved to the front of the head
~Ears are in place
~Able to swallow
~Chin and Nose are more defined
~Weighs about 1/2 ounce
~2 1/2 inches long ( the sizes of your pinky finger or Vienna Sausage)

11 WeEks...

Sorry that I have been so behind on posting this blog..but here we go!
11 Weeks...Wow!!
I can't believe that I am 11 weeks pregnant already...These last few weeks have flown by me. I know when it comes to the end I will be saying something totally different than that but right now they are going by very quickly.

I'm hoping that this will change in the next few weeks!

~The kidney, intestines, brain, and liver are now making red blood cells in place of the disappearing yolk sac.
~Tiny finger and toe nails are forming
~Peach fuzz has started to form on the skin...(explains the heart burn)
~ The limbs are able to bend now
How is my body changing:
~ Starting to show a little bit (a lot sooner than I did with Makenzie)

First Movement...

Today, September 30th, 2010; is the day I felt our little bean move. I know its still early for me to feel any type of movement, but I seriously felt something going on. I was laying on the couch, and I felt this little movement go from the right side of my tummy to my left side of my tummy...It was the most amazing thing to feel. It makes the pregnancy more real, makes me believe that I really am pregnant and its not just all kinds of sickness...
